Champagne‌ Collard-Picard is a Grower Champagne (Récoltant-Manipulant) founded in 1996 by Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard, from the merger of two winegrowing families with roots in the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs respectively. The estate combines the power of Pinots from the Marne with the finesse of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, and since 2024 has been guided by the sixth generation, son Alexandre.

The vineyards cover approximately 16 hectares spread over 52 different plots in villages such as Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The family practises sustainable viticulture (HVE-3 certified) without pesticides or herbicides, with an emphasis on massal selection of old vines and respecting the soil. The cellar, open for tours by appointment, is equipped with modern technology but remains true to traditional values.

The approach is characterised by careful pressing in which only the first pressing is used, fermentation with indigenous yeast and completely blocking malolactic fermentation to preserve acidity and fruitiness. The champagnes age for a long time in large oak vats (foudres) and sometimes in clay amphorae, with a constant search for natural balance and terroir expression.

The portfolio includes various cuvées that honour the families' heritage:

ADN Noir: A Blanc de Noirs of 50% Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir, from a perpetual reserve started in 2015.
Racines: A 100% Meunier that pays tribute to Olivier’s grandfather René, a pioneer in Meunier cultivation.
Perpétuelle: A signature cuvée of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Meunier and 25% Pinot Noir, based on a reserve from 2008.
Synesthésie: A limited edition of two vintages (2006 and 2007) with 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir.
