History:‌ The family business was run by Laurence Chenevotot Michez and her husband Cyrille Chenevotot, who started in 1999 after Laurence's parents had moved from being suppliers to winegrower-cooperative members in 1973. They left the cooperative at the end of the 2000s, bought buildings in Boursault and set up their own cuverie. The estate operates two brands: the historic Claude Michez and La Villesenière, a premium line for single-plot and single-vintage wines.

Vineyards: The vineyards cover approximately 4.2 to 4.5 hectares around Boursault, on the left bank of the Marne. The soil consists of clay, hard limestone and chalk gravel, with an oceanic and semi-continental climate. The grape varieties are 48% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 22% Chardonnay. The estate has been certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) since 2016 and is managed with reasoned viticulture techniques aimed at biodiversity and minimising pesticides.

Approach: The champagnes are produced according to the méthode champenoise using thermostatic stainless steel tanks. For some cuvées, vinification and ageing in oak barrels is used. The process also includes manual disgorgement (dégorgement à la volée). The winemakers emphasise "hand-sewn" authenticity and adapt their work to the weather conditions plot by plot.

Champagnes: The range includes various cuvées with prices ranging from €26 to €65 per bottle. Well-known labels are:
