Champagne​‌​ Christian Muller is a seventh-generation family business based in Mailly-Champagne (Grand Cru) in the Montagne de Reims. The history begins in 1870 with Henri Muller from Luxembourg, who settled in the village with his wife. In 1980 Christian Muller founded his own house and introduced raisonnée viticulture. His daughter Hedwige took over the business in 1991, focusing on tourism and the terroir. Since 2015 the house has been run by Hugues Muller, who introduced knowledge from Burgundy and Alsace.

The vineyards cover 15 hectares within the boundaries of Mailly-Champagne, divided over almost 70 plots with an average age of 26-37 years. The planting consists of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The terrain is unique for its variation in soil types, altitude and all four points of the compass, resulting in diverse micro-terroirs such as Les Côtes (the village's only south-facing slope) and Les Baraquines. The wines are made on the estate, with the grapes harvested at full ripeness and the must staying briefly in the tank before going into bottle.

The estate applies strict environmental standards, certified with HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne). Practices include a ban on insecticides and herbicides, soil analyses, and planting grass between the rows. The champagnes age for at least 3 years in a hand-dug cellar at a constant 12°C. The range includes Champagne Nature, Tradition, Rosé Œil de Perdrix and Millésime (e.g. 2017), plus Ratafia Champenois. Visits and tastings are possible at 35 rue de la Libération, 51500 Mailly-Champagne.
