Chaumont D. & Fils is a family wine business in Voipreux, in the commune of Blancs-Coteaux, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The estate is certified VDC and HVE and also rents out a holiday house for ten people on the property, the Le Menhir gîte.
Champagnes The Héritage range comprises three vintage cuvées with long ageing on lattes:
- Adamantine (2017 and 2019): 100% Chardonnay; the 2019 aged for at least five years.
- Aménité (2013 and 2015): Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; the 2015 (56% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay) aged for at least 60 months.
- Vénusté 17: Blanc de Blancs of 100% Chardonnay from Vertus, based on the 2016 harvest, largely from the Monts Ferrés lieu-dit, with 30% reserve wine from old vines and at least 48 months' ageing.
