Champagne Cédric Bouchard is a grower-producer in Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar (Aube), releasing his champagnes under the Roses de Jeanne label, named after his grandmother Jeanne.
- History: Cédric Bouchard founded his estate in 2000, after training in Beaune in Burgundian, parcel-based viticulture and having previously worked in Paris. His father's vines were originally released under the Inflorescence label; since 2014 all cuvées have been bottled as Roses de Jeanne.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate is very small, with less than two hectares under vine. Each cuvée comes from a separate lieu-dit, such as Les Ursules, Le Creux d'Enfer, La Haute-Lemblée, Val Vilaine and Côte de Bachelin.
- Approach and style: Every champagne comes from a single plot, a single grape variety and a single vintage. Yields are low, only the first-press juice ('la cuvée') is used and each plot is vinified separately. There is no chaptalisation, no dosage and minimal intervention in the cellar.
- Cuvées: These include Les Ursules (blanc de noirs), La Haute-Lemblée (blanc de blancs) and Le Creux d'Enfer.
