Champagne Boutillez-Guer is a family business in Villers-Marmery (Premier Cru, Montagne de Reims) with a history spanning five centuries; Marc Boutillez took over the business in 1981 and launched the brand in 1995, after which his daughter Manon succeeded him in 2020.
- Vineyards: The estate manages 5.25 hectares of land, planted mainly with Chardonnay (up to 80%), complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
- Approach: Viticulture is cultivated (raisonnée) with an emphasis on environmental gains (grass cover, pheromones, hand harvesting). As a récoltant-manipulant, the house controls the entire chain, with vinification in stainless steel tanks (inox cuves) and sometimes oak barrels.
- Champagnes: The range includes the Brut Tradition, Blanc de Blancs, Extra-Brut, Brut Rosé and a Millésime 2008 (100% Chardonnay), plus liqueurs such as Ratafia and Marc de Champagne.
Visits and tastings are possible by appointment at 38 rue Pasteur, 51380 Villers-Marmery.
