Champagne Audrey Brocard is a champagne producer from Trélou-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne.
- Vineyards and terroir: The grapes for the cuvées come from the Clos de Chassins, in the heart of the village of Trélou-sur-Marne. Pinot Meunier plays the leading role.
- Approach and style: The wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation, which preserves their freshness. For Cœur de Village only the finest must is used, the wine is partly matured in wooden foudres and around 30% reserve wine from a solera system is added. Dosage is low (Extra Brut).
- Cuvées: Cœur de Village Extra Brut is a blend of 55% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, based on the 2019 harvest. Le Meunier des Trois Côteaux is an Extra Brut of Pinot Meunier from the Clos de Chassins with a dosage of 0.8 g/l. There is also a Rosé de Meunier.
