Allouchery-Bailly is a family estate in Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims, some 10 km south of Reims. Its story begins in 1953, when Émile Allouchery and his two sons founded Champagne E. Allouchery & Fils. In 1979 Alain and Marie-Line created their own brand, Allouchery-Bailly; since 2010 Camille has carried on the estate as the fourth generation.
Vineyards
- 5.5 hectares of Premier Cru in Écueil, Villedommange, Chamery and Sacy.
- Pinot Noir dominates with more than 3.6 hectares, followed by Meunier and Chardonnay.
- Sustainable viticulture with natural grass cover and ploughing under the rows; certified VDC and HVE.
Methods The grapes are pressed and vinified at the cooperative.
Champagnes The cuvées bear musical names:
- Diapason: Brut Premier Cru, equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier.
- Mélomane: Brut Rosé Premier Cru.
- Intermède: Brut Millésime Premier Cru.
- Chœur de Pinot: Blanc de Noirs of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier.

Blanc de noirs reflecting the Écueil terroir, based on 70% of the 2019 harvest.

Entry cuvée based on 70% of the 2021 harvest and 30% reserve wine.

Vintage cuvée, Chardonnay on the nose and Pinot Noir on the palate.

Blended rosé with 25% red wine, based on the 2023 harvest.
