About Champagne Sanger

Sanger​‌​ is a champagne house and cooperative in Avize, in the Côte des Blancs. The brand was born in 1952 from the contributions of sixteen founding growers. Since 1952 the house has been committed to passing on knowledge between generations: under an agreement with the Lycée Viticole d'Avize, pupils, students and trainees learn how champagne is made and sold in real working conditions. Avize lies in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, south of Épernay between Cramant and Oger, in the Marne department. The village has Grand Cru status.
