About Champagne Serge Boutillat
Serge Boutillat is a family estate in Chaumuzy, in the Vallée de l'Ardre. Its wine-growing tradition goes back to 1765, when Thomas Pistat was already growing grapes on the slopes above the village. In 1900 Léa Pistat married Amédée Boutillat; they began vinifying themselves and sold champagne under the name Boutillat Pistat. The village of Chaumuzy
Chaumuzy is a small wine village in the Marne department, in the valley of the Ardre, south-west of Reims, between the Montagne de Reims and the Marne valley. The village has no cru classification.
