About Champagne Le Brun de Neuville

Champagne​‌​ Le Brun de Neuville is a cooperative in Bethon (Marne), founded in 1963 by 26 winegrowers who wanted to promote the Côte de Sézanne. The house is known for its focus on Chardonnay and traditional methods, under chef de cave Gilles Baltazart (since 1986) and Damien Champy.
