Champagne​‌​ Le Gallais is a family-run business based in the historic Clos du Château de Boursault in Boursault, near Épernay, in the UNESCO World Heritage Marne Valley area. The history of the estate goes back to 1927, when Hachod Fringhian, the ancestor of the current owner Charlotte Le Gallais, took over the estate that had previously belonged to Madame Veuve Clicquot.
