Vaudemange lies on the eastern side of the Montagne de Reims, between Billy-le-Grand and Trépail, not far from Ambonnay (Marne department). The village has Premier Cru status.
- Vineyards: the slopes rest on chalk. Unlike in many villages of the Grande Montagne, Chardonnay has a significant share here, alongside Pinot Noir.
- Character: fresh, elegant champagnes, in which Chardonnay provides tension and Pinot Noir provides structure.
- Producers: Pascal Machet makes champagne here.
Vaudemange lies in the quiet eastern corner of the Montagne de Reims, where the forests of the nature park border the vineyards.
