Montbré is a small Premier Cru village on the northern edge of the Montagne de Reims, in the Marne department, south of Reims, near Taissy and Rilly-la-Montagne.
- Location: in the Grande Montagne de Reims, on the slopes that descend towards Reims. The Montagne de Reims is part of the regional nature park of that name.
- Vineyards: the vineyard area is modest. As in the neighbouring Premier Cru villages, it is mainly pinot noir and meunier, with some chardonnay, on calcareous soil.
- Wines: fresh champagnes with red fruit, in the style of the northern flank of the Montagne.
- Producers: there are no well-known champagne brands based in Montbré itself; the grapes generally go to houses and cooperatives in the region.
