Champagne Vincey (Domaine Vincey) is a grower estate in Oger, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, run by Quentin and Marine Vincey. Quentin is the eighth generation of a winegrowing family.
- History: For decades the family delivered its grapes to the local cooperative. In 2014 Quentin and Marine left the cooperative to make their own Champagne, with the aim of raising the reputation of Oger.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers seven to eight hectares, mostly old massal-selection plots in Oger, supplemented by plots in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger among other places. Only Chardonnay is grown.
- Approach and style: The estate converted to organic and then to biodynamic farming and, according to one source, has been certified organic and Demeter since 2023. For the cuvée Endogène, fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, the wine spends twelve months in barrel, and the second fermentation is started with must from the estate's own grapes instead of added sugar.
- Cuvées: These include Oger Grand Cru, Endogène and Auge, all Blanc de Blancs.
