Champagne Vincent Couche is a biodynamic grower in Buxeuil, in the Côte des Bar, who also has vineyards in Montgueux.
- History: Vincent Couche is the third generation of a winegrowing family from Buxeuil. From 1999 he was taught by Pierre Masson and Claude Bourguignon.
- Vineyards and terroir: Most of the vineyards lie in Buxeuil and are planted with pinot noir; in Montgueux, with its chalk-rich soil, he farms around 3 hectares of chardonnay.
- Approach and style: The estate has been certified biodynamic (Demeter) since 2008. Since 2015 chickens and sheep have roamed the vines, and old fruit tree varieties have been planted between the rows.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Chardonnay de Montgueux Extra Brut, the Rosé Désir, Sensation, Élégance Brut Nature, a Dosage Zéro and the Cuvée Chloé.
