Rollin‌ is a family house in Bragelogne-Beauvoir, in the Côte des Bar, passed down with passion over several generations. The business (SCEV Vignoble Rollin) is represented by Sandrine and Éric Braux.

Method Traditional know-how is complemented by sustainable viticulture, with the Terra Vitis and HVE labels, and by "sans sulfites ajoutés" (no added sulphites) vinification for much of the range. The Signature contains 50% wine from a perpetual reserve (cuve perpétuelle), the Sélection is aged for four years and the Ébène 2014 is matured in oak casks. The Coup de Foudre 2019 is vinified and aged in barrels that previously held Meursault.
