P. Lassalle-Hanin is a family estate in Chigny-les-Roses, a Premier Cru village on the Champagne tourist route between Reims and Épernay. The house was founded in 1950 by Paul Lassalle and his wife Hélène Hanin, who owned vines inherited from her father Robert Hanin.
Family Their children Jean-Pol, Christian and Philippe carried on the estate and handed it on to their sons and nephews Vincent and Franck, so the know-how has now passed through three generations.
Vineyards The vines are grown on different terroirs: the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. The three traditional Champagne grape varieties are blended to create the various cuvées.
Champagnes The range includes the Cuvée Réserve, a Blanc de Blancs, Nuit Blanche, a rosé, Florale, a vintage, Le XV and the Cuvée Excellence. Visitors are welcome for cellar tours and tastings.
