Champagne P. Lancelot-Royer is a récoltant-manipulant in Cramant, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs.
- History: The estate was founded in 1960 by Pierre Lancelot and Françoise Royer. Since 1996 it has been run by their daughter Sylvie and her husband Michel Chauvet, who makes the wines.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate grows only Chardonnay on Grand Cru sites and therefore makes only Blanc de Blancs.
- Approach and style: Work is traditional and artisanal: the hand-picked grapes are pressed in an upright wooden press and fermented with indigenous yeasts only. Michel Chauvet is regarded as one of the last winemakers to make Champagne largely by hand.
- Cuvées: The flagship is the Cuvée des Chevaliers Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, in brut and brut nature versions, with a broader, denser style than many Blanc de Blancs. Other wines include the RR Blanc de Blancs, Dualissime and a Grand Cru vintage.
