Champagne Nathalie Assailly is a family estate in Passy-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne. Nathalie Assailly is the daughter and granddaughter of winegrowers; the new generation, her daughter Clara and son Léo, now works alongside her.
Vineyards
The vineyard covers 2 hectares on the sunny slopes along the Marne, planted with meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir. Since 2020 the estate has held the HVE and Viticulture Durable en Champagne labels.

- Brut Tradition: 42% meunier, 30% pinot noir and 28% chardonnay.
- Brut Rosé: 50% meunier, 26% pinot noir and 24% chardonnay.
- Cuvée Millésime 2020: 72% meunier and 28% chardonnay, aged for more than five years.
- Blanc de Blanc 2020: 100% chardonnay, a limited edition.
- Cuvée Josépha 2021: from plots 50 years old or more, with a passage in oak, named after the grandmother.
