Champagne M. Hostomme is a grower estate in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village on the northern edge of the Côte des Blancs.
- History: The family traces its winegrowing back to Paul Hostomme, who at the end of the 19th century gave up mixed farming to devote himself entirely to viticulture and grape growing.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate is HVE certified. The focus is on Chardonnay from Chouilly, from which it makes Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs; the range also includes a rosé and the cuvée Arpent, a blend led by Pinot Meunier.
- Cuvées: Alongside the non-vintage cuvées Origine (brut, Chardonnay) and Réserve (extra brut, Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs), the house makes vintage cuvées such as M08: a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from the 2008 harvest, bottled without dosage (brut nature).
