Champagne Ludovic David is a wine house in Villers-sous-Châtillon (Vallée de la Marne), founded in 1986 by Ludovic David, the third generation of a winegrowing lineage. The estate manages 9 hectares of vineyards and specialises in Pinot Meunier, the characteristic grape variety of the Marne Valley.
History
- The family business has existed for three generations.
- Ludovic David took the lead in 1986 and strives to preserve traditional champagne winemaking.

Vineyards and Winemaking
- The vineyards are located mainly in Villers-sous-Châtillon and surrounding municipalities.

- Harvesting is by hand and the vinification is precise in order to preserve the terroir characteristics.
- In addition to Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are also grown, with Meunier dominant.

- Cuvée Tradition Demi-Sec (100% PM): Rounder and fruitier, with a controlled sweetness.
- Cuvée Prestige Brut (100% PM): Aged four years, with character and depth.
- Prestige Brut Rosé: Made with red wine from old vines (more than 70 years), for finesse and complexity.
- Ratafia Champenois: A traditional aperitif based on unfermented must.
