Lefèvre-Beuzart is a family estate in Rilly-la-Montagne, a Premier Cru village in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The business goes back three generations; in 1994 Lydie and Dominique Lefèvre created the brand. Their children Julien and Charlène share the passion.
Vineyards The vineyards lie mainly in Rilly-la-Montagne and are planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The rows are grassed and the soil is worked year-round to minimise erosion and pesticide use. In 2017 the estate obtained HVE and VDC certification; after a three-year conversion, organic certification followed in July 2023. Diseases are treated with sulphur, copper and plant decoctions of nettle, willow and horsetail.
