Champagne Jérôme Brisson-Bazin is a producer in Vert-Toulon (Marne), located 10 km from the Côte des Blancs. The family history began in the 1950s with Jérôme's grandparents; his parents developed the business further until their retirement. The business is legally a SARL unipersonnelle, founded on 17 July 2017.
The approach makes use of a cooperative with advanced equipment, including 8000 kg membrane presses for gentle must extraction and thermostatic tanks, to guarantee high typicity. The champagnes come from local terroir grape varieties.
The product range includes:
- Champagne Brut Tradition: Blend of Chardonnay (44.5%), Pinot Meunier (42.5%) and Pinot Noir (13%); characteristics are tonic lemon notes and spicy nuances.
- Blanc de Blancs Millésimé: 100% Chardonnay.
- Rosé: Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and red Champagne wine.
