Champagne Jean Hû is an independent family business in Vincelles (Vallée de la Marne), which has been producing champagnes since the 1950s, now for three generations, led by, among others, Louis and Aurélie Mouton.

Vineyards: The estate has 9 hectares of vineyards in Vincelles, Trélou-sur-Marne and Verneuil, with 70% Meunier, followed by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Winemaking: The viticulture has been certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable Champagne) since 2020. Vinification follows the méthode champenoise with stainless steel cuves, malolactic fermentation and mechanical remuage.
Champagnes: The range includes various cuvées such as Brut, Rosé, Demi-Sec, Millésimé, Réserve, Tradition and the Perles series (Argent/Or).
