Champagne‌ Jean-Claude Mouzon is a Récoltant Manipulant in Verzenay (Grand Cru), run by Frédérique and Cédric Lahémade, who manage the family business with four generations of history. The core of the house is formed by duality: both in the relationship of the owners (who met through judo) and in their wine style, in which they combine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay into champagnes that bear the HVE certification (Haute Valeur Environnementale) for sustainable, environmentally conscious farming.

The vineyards cover 43 small plots in the Grand Cru villages of Verzenay, Verzy, Beaumont-sur-Vesle and Mailly-Champagne. The terroir, sheltered by the "Mont Sinaï" (277 m), offers an ideal microclimate. The owners carry out all stages of luxury craftsmanship, from hand harvesting to vinification, sometimes using oak barrels from the forests of Verzy for ageing, as with the "Les Déliés" series.

The range includes various cuvées that reflect the diversity of the house:

Visitors can visit the estate (La Mouzonnerie) by appointment for tours and tastings, with a focus on transparent production and respect for the terroir.
