Champagne‌ Dominique Jarry is a family business based in Bethon (Marne), founded by Dominique Jarry and his wife Danielle, who have run the estate since 1985. The origin of the vines goes back to the 1970s, when Dominique's father, André Jarry, planted the first vines and built his own pressing facility in 1977. André marketed under the name André JARRY et fils from 1982, after which Dominique, following his retirement, launched the brand Champagne Dominique Jarry and continued the family values.

The vineyards cover about 7.7 to 8 hectares, spread over Bethon and Charly-sur-Marne, with 5 hectares in the Côteaux Sézannais. The grape variety split is exceptionally homogeneous: 99% Chardonnay and only 1% Pinot Meunier. This dominant position of Chardonnay stems from the chalky soil (craie) and the south-eastern exposure of the slopes, which contributes to the freshness and minerality of the wines.

The approach is traditional but environmentally conscious; the estate is certified as Viticulture Durable en Champagne and aims for zero herbicide. Dominique works with his son Adrien on careful vinification, with the Cuvée Prestige, for example, ageing for five years on the lees. The estate has its own facilities for pressing, fermentation, tirage, disgorging and labelling, and regularly offers visits and tastings to the public.

The champagnes include several cuvées made entirely by the estate:
