J. Pierron-Léglise is a vigneron indépendant in Oger, a grand cru village in the Côte des Blancs. Jean-Denis and Mélanie Pierron handle every step themselves, from vine to bottle; in the 1970s Jean-Denis's father Jean showed the way with rigorous work, respect for nature and the pursuit of top quality.
Vineyards The vineyards lie in Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Avize and are planted with Chardonnay; the chalk of Oger gives the wines their minerality.
