Champagne Hubert Billiard is an independent winegrower (vigneron indépendant) based in Avenay-Val-d'Or in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, France. The business is organised as an EARL (Etablissement Agricole à Responsabilité Limitée) with SIRET number 49019431300014.
- History: The Billiard family has been established in Avenay-Val-d'Or since 1847. Hubert Billiard started producing champagne under his own name in 1993.
- Vineyards: The estate manages 4.3 hectares of vineyard. The grape varieties are 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. The vineyards lie in areas with Grand Cru and Premier Cru classifications.
