Champagne‌ Grandin is a family business in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs) that produces Grand Cru champagnes from a 100% Grand Cru vineyard of more than 6 hectares.

History

The business has a rich tradition going back five generations within the Grandin Cernel family. It is based in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, a region known for its chalky soil and elegant wines.

Vineyards and Terroir

The vineyards lie in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a village classified as Grand Cru (100%). The soil is rich in chalk, which contributes to the minerality, fineness and elegance of the champagnes. The style is characterised as mineral and precise.

Method

The champagnes are raised with patience and craftsmanship. The winemakers give the wines the time they need to develop their aromas and to bring out their characteristic qualities to the full.
