Gimonnet-Gonet‌ is a family house in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the Côte des Blancs. It brings together two families: the Gimonnets from Cuis and the Gonets from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, both of whom sold their own cuvées from the early 20th century. In 1986 Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet founded the house together; the first sales followed in 1990. The twins Charles and Anne-Sophie joined in 2012 and 2020.

Vineyards

Approach The house intervenes as little as possible and vinifies in neutral stainless steel tanks. A new cuverie built in 2024 allows crus and even lieux-dits to be vinified separately.
