Gaudinat-Boivin is a family house of grower-producers in Le Mesnil-le-Huttier (Festigny), in the Vallée de la Marne, not far from Dormans and Épernay. The family has been working in winegrowing for more than five generations.
History
- 1929: Albert and Juliette Gaudinat supply their grapes to the newly founded village cooperative.
- 1950: their son Maurice and Lucie create the family's first brand, Gaudinat-Bierry.
- 1970: Roger and Lydie invest in presses and cellars; the brand is henceforth called Gaudinat-Boivin.
- 2005: the brothers David and Hervé take over the house.
Vineyards Around 12 hectares on the left bank of the Marne, in Festigny, Leuvrigny and Oeuilly, on clay-limestone and marl soils. Meunier accounts for 72%, Chardonnay 18% and Pinot Noir 10%. The estate holds the HVE label.
Approach Vinification takes place in the family's own cellars; malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in most of the wines. Some champagnes age for 3 to 5 years in the cellar.

- Blanc de Blancs Millésime 2019 and Millésime 2019.
- Also Antique Rosé, Blanc de Noirs, Grand Rosé Brut, Grande Réserve Brut, Sélection Extra Brut, Tradition (brut and demi-sec) and a ratafia.
