Champagne Franck Pascal is a biodynamic récoltant-manipulant in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, north of the Marne in the Vallée de la Marne.
- History: Franck and Isabelle Pascal have run the estate since 1994. Franck's father was one of the village's growers and set up a small cooperative to give local growers more weight when negotiating prices with the négociants.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers about 7 hectares, split into 44 plots across five villages.
- Approach and style: After a move to organic farming in the late 1990s and to biodynamics from 2002, the estate obtained biodynamic (Demeter) certification. The soil is worked mechanically and natural grass cover is encouraged.
- Cuvées: The range includes Quinte Essence, Reliance Brut Nature, Fluence, Harmonie, Luminance and Sérénité.
