Champagne Faÿ-Berjot is a family wine-growing business from Barzy-sur-Marne, in the arrondissement of Château-Thierry in the Aisne department, between Paris and Reims.
- History: According to a German trade publication, the great-grandfather of the Faÿ-Berjot family was already growing wine in this small commune on the Marne more than two hundred years ago. The business is based in Rosay, a hamlet of Barzy-sur-Marne.
- Cuvées: The range includes the Tradition Brut. For the German Michelin-starred chef Dirk Luther, the house made two champagnes under the name Cuvée Félicien: a white made from about 70% Chardonnay and 30% Meunier, and a rosé made from 100% Meunier. Both cuvées combine two vintages for a consistent style.
