Champagne Fabrice Desanlis is a family business based in Vert-Toulon (locally Vert-la-Gravelle), located on the south-western edge of the Côte des Blancs. Since 1997 the estate has been run by Corinne and Fabrice Desanlis, who continue the tradition of their father Jehan. The family looks back on four generations of winegrowing, with their son Maximilien, a former chef de cave, taking over the leadership in 2020, which ensures the continuity of the operation.

The vineyards cover five hectares over five different communes, spread between the Côte des Blancs and the Coteaux du Petit Morin. The soil consists of chalky and argilo-calcareous ground, which is essential for the typicity and character of the champagnes. The grape varieties used are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with an emphasis on passion for terroir and precision of craft.

As for method, since 2020 the house has followed a philosophy of returning to soil work, aimed at controlling weed growth and drastically reducing herbicides. Although there is no official organic certification, everything is fully aligned with the environmental standards set by the government. The house's logo, featuring a pair of shears, symbolises Fabrice's more than forty years of passion for precision, listening and patience in winegrowing.

The range of champagnes includes various cuvées in different price classes:

Cuvée Tradition (€15.40) and Cuvée Réserve (€17.40) as the basic offer.
Cuvée Blanc de Blancs (€20.50) and Cuvée Noiret Blanc de Noirs (€16.20).
Cuvée Rosé (€16.50) and the exclusive Rosé de saignée "L'éclat" (€30.30).
In addition, Ratafia is offered (€12.50).

Visitors can visit the estate at 10 Place des Vignerons, 51130 Vert-Toulon. The house sells directly to the consumer (producteur-récoltant) and emphasises the collaboration between passion for the terroir and the art of vinification to create exceptional champagnes.
