Champagne Chavost is a growers' cooperative in Chavot-Courcourt, in the Vallée de la Marne close to Épernay.
- History: The cooperative was founded in 1946 by a group of growers from the village.
- Vineyards and terroir: According to Gault&Millau, Chavost has 106 members who together farm 72 hectares, mainly on the slopes around the village.
- Winemaking and style: Since late 2019, winemaker Fabian has been making wines with a distinct identity, vinified without added sulphites; the labels were redesigned as well. Many cuvées are offered as brut nature.
- Cuvées: The range includes Paradoxe, Blanc d'Assemblage, Blanc de Chardonnay, Blanc de Meunier, Eurêka! and a Rosé de Saignée.
