Champagne C.H. Piconnet is a small estate in Neuville-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar (Aube).
- History: The estate was founded in 2014 by Clément and Agathe Piconnet.
- Vineyards and terroir: Piconnet owns 7.5 hectares of vines, all in the Aube. The plantings are mainly Pinot Noir, with some Chardonnay. Much of the fruit is sold to larger Champagne houses; only the best lots go into the estate's own cuvées.
- Methods and style: The vines are farmed without herbicides, with attention to soil health and biodiversity. The wines are made in very small quantities, vinified in stainless steel tanks and deliberately given a low dosage; several cuvées are brut nature.
- Cuvées: The range includes a Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature, the Blanc de Blancs Les Val Mantra and the rosé Les Vignes de Charles.
