Champagne​‌​ Brisson-Lahaye is a family business based in Tours-sur-Marne (a Grand Cru village), founded by Eliane and Joël Lahaye, who became independent winemakers in 1994 after succeeding their parents. Since 2021/2023 the estate has been run by their daughter Laure Lahaye and her partner Matthieu Foissy.

The estate produces between 35,000 and 38,000 bottles a year. Visits and tastings are possible by appointment at 18 rue Bernard, 51150 Tours-sur-Marne.
