Champagne Bourcier is a family business in Couvrot (Marne department), founded in 1968 by Léon Bourcier and currently run by Frédéric Bourcier and his son Thomas. The name of the business is also given as Bourcier Père et Fils.
- History and Structure: The business began with 15 ares of vineyards and grew to an area of 3.82 hectares. Since 2019 they have vinified their own cuvées entirely. They are members of the Pressoir de Gravelines, a shared press house established in 2013.
