Champagne‌ Bernard Depoivre is a family business in Vindey (Côteaux de Sézanne), fourth generation led by Pauline and Sébastien Depoivre, who continue the craft of their parents Bernard and Yvette. The estate has an area of less than 3 hectares and is certified HVE 3 and VDC (Champagne de Vignerons).

Vineyards and Terroir: The vineyards lie on chalky soil with a south-eastern exposure, which contributes to the finesse and elegance of the Chardonnays and the fruity character of the Pinots Noirs and Meuniers. The vines are trained under raisonnée farming (integrated pest management), with the family personally involved from pruning to commercialisation.

Champagnes and Contact: The range includes, among others, Champagne Brut Origin and Brut Rosé, with prices below €20 for the Brut Origin. Visits are possible at 2 Rue de la Tuilerie, 51120 Vindey, with opening hours of 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:30, daily. Visits last on average 90 minutes and are offered in French, English and Spanish.
