Champagne Baron Albert is a family house in Charly-sur-Marne, in the western part of the Vallée de la Marne. It is now run by the third generation.
- History: The house was founded in 1947 by Albert Baron and his wife Béatrice. It then passed to their sons Gilbert, Gervais and Claude. Today the sisters Claire, Lise and Aline Baron are in charge: Lise manages the vineyards, Aline the winemaking and Claire the sales.
- Vineyards and terroir: The family farms about 55 hectares, planted with roughly 65% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir.
- Approach and style: The estate holds the Viticulture Durable en Champagne and HVE (High Environmental Value) certifications.
- Cuvées: The range includes L'Universelle, La Majestueuse, L'Enchanteresse Rosé, Belle des Vallées, Songe d'Été Rosé and the vintage Reflet de Saison.
