Champagne Bardiau is a small family estate in Verpillières-sur-Ource, in the south of the Côte des Bar (Aube).
- History: The Bardiau family has worked the vines for five generations. The brand itself is young: it was only in 2015 that Jérémy Bardiau began vinifying his own grapes and launched his own Champagne.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate covers 2.6 hectares planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
- Methods and style: Bardiau makes low-intervention cuvées.
