Champagne B. Girardin (Domaine B. Girardin) is an independent family estate in Mancy, on the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay.
- History: Bernard Girardin founded the brand in 1971 and built up the vineyard. His daughter Sandrine made her first cuvée, Vibrato, in 1994 and took over the estate in 1998; today she runs it together with her son Augustin.
- Vineyards and terroir: The estate farms around 6 hectares on two sites: Mancy, where the family started, and Vitry-en-Perthois, a terroir planted in the 1970s. The estate holds HVE 3 certification.
- Cuvées: Sandrine Girardin shares a passion for music and champagne, and every cuvée bears a musical name, such as Appoggiature, Vibrato and Rubato. Appoggiature is a non-vintage brut based on Chardonnay, complemented by black grapes, mainly Meunier.
