Champagne Anthony Betouzet is a family business based in Dormans in the heart of the Marne Valley, founded by Anthony Betouzet and his wife Émilie. Anthony learned the winegrower's trade from his parents, who founded the estate in 1963, and began producing his own brand after their retirement.
Vineyards and Approach
- The estate comprises 7 to 8 hectares of vineyards with clay-sandy (argilo-sableux) soils, located in Hameau Vassieux.
- The grape varieties are dominated by Pinot Meunier, supplemented with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- Since 2023 the vines have been grown organically, with attention to nature and life.
- Vinification takes place in oak barrels and earthenware jars (jarre), using native yeast and minimal or no dosage.
Champagnes and Collections
Anthony and Émilie offer various collections, ranging from single vintages to balanced blends and limited editions. Their range includes:
- Terre de Grès Extra Brut
- Air Inattendu #20 Brut Nature (Blanc de Noirs, 53% Pinot Meunier, 47% Pinot Noir)
- Goutte de Coteaux Brut Rosé
- Le Vieux Parc 2020 Brut Nature
- Les Nourats 2020 Brut Nature
- Secrets de Jarre Extra Brut
- Instinct 2019 Extra Brut
