Champagne​‌​ André Fays is an independent family house in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar in the Aube. The house vinifies only grapes from its own vineyards.

• History: The estate was founded in 1973.
• Vineyards and terroir: The house farms about five hectares on the slopes of the Ource valley, on clay-limestone soils.
• Approach and style: Production is small; visits are by appointment. Alongside the classic grape varieties, Pinot Blanc is also used.
• Cuvées: The range includes Tradition, the Extra Brut Etincelles based on Pinot Blanc, the Brut Nature Infinity based on Pinot Noir, the Prestige (an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs from Chardonnay) and a Rosé de Saignée.
