Champagne J. Lassalle is a family business based in Rilly-la-Montagne (Montagne de Reims), founded in 1942 by Jules and Olga Lassalle. The house is unique in that it is currently run by three generations of women: Olga, her daughter Chantal and granddaughter Angeline (with the next generation, Grâce, already involved). Rilly-la-Montagne is a wine village in the Marne department (51), on the northern flank of the Montagne de Reims, a short distance south of Reims, in the Grande Montagne.
