About Champagne Hervé Brisson
Champagne Hervé Brisson is a family business based in Vert-Toulon (Marne), founded by the grandfather of the current owner, with the first harvest on the estate in 2001. The estate comprises 3.35 hectares of vineyards in the Petit Morin valley, of which 3.05 hectares are planted with Chardonnay and 0.30 hectares with Meunier, on chalky soil. The village of Vert-Toulon
Vert-Toulon lies in the valley of the Petit Morin, on the border between the Côte des Blancs and the Sézannais (Marne department). The commune has no cru status.
