About Champagne Brimoncourt
Champagne Brimoncourt is a modern champagne house based in Aÿ, founded in 2008 by Alexandre Cornot. The house is located in a former printing works from 1883 (Ateliers Édouard Plantet) with architectural links to Gustave Eiffel, where champagnes have been produced since 2014. History and Philosophy Cornot, a former naval officer and art dealer, bought the dormant Brimoncourt brand in 2008 to give it new life. The village of Aÿ
Aÿ is one of the best-known wine villages in Champagne. It lies in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, on the right bank of the Marne opposite Épernay, in the Marne department.
