About Champagne Barbier-Roze

Barbier-Roze​‌​ is a family house in Verzenay, active since 1856. Benoît, the fifth generation of winegrowers, carries on the family tradition and has revived the brand of his great-great-grandfather. Vineyards The vineyards lie in Verzenay and Verzy, both Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims and renowned for their Pinot Noir. Certified HVE-3 and VDC since April 2021. The village of Verzenay

Verzenay lies in the Marne department, on the northern flank of the Montagne de Reims, south-east of Reims. The village has Grand Cru status. Vineyards: the largely north-facing slopes on chalk are planted predominantly with pinot noir, complemented by chardonnay.
