Champagne Allouchery-Perseval is a family business in Écueil (Montagne de Reims), where the vineyards have been worked for four generations under the leadership of Émilien Allouchery. The 8 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards, planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are certified as farmed according to HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture durable en Champagne). The village of Ecueil
Écueil lies in the Petite Montagne de Reims, south-west of Reims (Marne department). The village has Premier Cru status. Vineyards: the soils here are lighter, with sand and clay over the chalk.
